All about me
I divide my time between corporate copywriting and freelance journalism
for the regional business and international food trade press.
As well as editing The Snacks Magazine - the official magazine of the
European Snacks Association - I write regularly for a range of food
industry publications. These include Artisan, Food Manufacture, Functional
Foods & Nutraceuticals, International Food Ingredients, Machinery Update
and Packaging News.
I am also a regular contributor to EN, North West Enquirer and Manchester
Evening News.
Prior to going freelance I spent five years with international
business-to-business consultancy Barrett Dixon Bell, where as part of the
management team, I led award-winning pan-European communications campaigns
for multi-national food clients.
I have an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute
of Marketing and a degree in German from Nottingham University.
